The annual Hodel Cinnamon Roll Fundraiser was held on 10/17/2024, and we are grateful to the Chamber of Commerce for their assistance and for granting us access to the parking lot. We would also like to thank True Value for their willingness to assist in selling the Cinnamon Rolls at the store. Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to all those who contributed and bought Cinnamon Rolls. The Alpha House's ongoing operations depend entirely on the support of the community. We were able to sell over 200 pans of Cinnamon Rolls, make important connections within the community and had a delightful morning interacting with everyone.
The Thrift Store at 411 Center Street is overflowing with the generous donations we receive. On November 9th, we will be hosting an "ALLEY SALE" to clear out some items and create space for new inventory. We intend to organize a toy distribution event starting from late November and running until Christmas or until we exhaust our toy inventory. Keep an eye out for more information in the weeks ahead. Make sure to follow our FACEBOOK page for any updates.
Alpha House is currently open from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 4pm, due to limited funding. We aim to extend our operating hours to include overnight services as soon as possible.
